Etchings by Sergio Ladron de Guevara

Sergio has been doing etchings in the technique used by Rembrandt for over 50 years. He works on 2 hand built presses in his studio/gallery, Galeria Bellas Artes, located in the heart of Cave Creek, Arizona.

Below are many of the etchings, which are still available. All etchings are really one of a kind as Sergio prints them. Each is unique in subtle ways. Some are chosen by him to be hand colored. He uses watercolor, tempera, casein and recently hand-mixed pigments to color an etching. They are all like jewels. Please click on each image to enlarge it and to see a description.
